In major AI labor reports (like Anthropic's), "Real Estate" often doesn't exist as a standalone category yet.
Only 8.2% of Italian companies have adopted artificial intelligence.
McKinsey estimates that AI could generate between $110 and $180 billion in value for the global real estate industry.
Future winners will focus on what AI cannot do (negotiating, interpreting complex needs, building long-term relationships) by delegating everything else to the AI.
Implementation is now more valuable than inspiration: the industry needs fewer "PropTech conferences" and more operators who actually sit down on Monday morning and start using AI tools to improve their daily workflow.
